We are not currently offering in-person Emergency First Aid for Childcare courses, however we have blended (online and in-person) Standard First Aid options available, that will meet Child Licensing Requirements. Click here to check out our blended courses. We are still working out how to teach the fully in-person course safely, and hope to post dates soon.
This basic one-day course teaches lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills for the workplace or home.
This course is considered equivalent to WorkSafeBC’s Occupational First Aid Level 1, is recognized by the BC Provincial Community Care Facilities Branch, meets Child Care Licensing requirements, and includes the latest first aid and CPR Guidelines.
Just like all first aid courses at Alert First-Aid, our goal is to give you the most enjoyable first aid training experience. All of our regular first aid instructors go through a rigorous training process that far exceeds regular first aid instructor training standards.
