FoodSafe Level 2

Alert First Aid now offers Foodsafe Training in Victoria, Duncan, and Nanaimo! We are bringing our years of experience delivering dynamic and interactive courses to more areas of workplace safety.

If you own or manage a restaurant, a hotel, grovery store deli, or any other establishment involving Food Service in BC, this course is for you. Our FOODSAFE Level 2 course will quickly review Food Safe Level 1 Topics (food handling, sanitation and work safety.) and then quickly move on to planning and managing food safety practices. This is an interactive course designed for people responsible for managing foodservice delivery in restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, industrial kitchens, catering services, etc.

FOODSAFE Level 1 is a pre-requisite for FOODSAFE Level 2.

In the week prior to completing FOODSAFE Level 2, you must complete an online module through Open Course BC. The module should take approximately one hour and costs an additional $25. You can sign up for the module here. Please print proof of completion and bring it with you to your Level 2 class.
