A continuation of the FOODSAFE Level 1 course for foodservice owners, managers, and executive chefs.

If you own or manage a restaurant, a hotel, grocery store deli, or any other establishment involving food service in British Columbia, this FOODSAFE Level 2 course is for you. This course will quickly review topics covered in FOODSAFE Level 1 like food handling, sanititation and work safety, and then move on to planning and managing food safety practices.

FOODSAFE Level 1 is a pre-requisite for this course. If you are not able to provide proof to your instructor of current certification in FOODSAFE Level 1, you will not be able to get a certificate for this course.
