FoodSafe Level 2
Alert First Aid now offers Foodsafe Training in Victoria, Duncan, and Nanaimo! We are bringing our years of experience delivering dynamic and interactive courses to more areas of workplace safety.
If you own or manage a restaurant, a hotel, grovery store deli, or any other establishment involving Food Service in BC, this course is for you. Our FOODSAFE Level 2 course will quickly review Food Safe Level 1 Topics (food handling, sanitation and work safety.) and then quickly move on to planning and managing food safety practices. This is an interactive course designed for people responsible for managing foodservice delivery in restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, industrial kitchens, catering services, etc.
FOODSAFE Level 1 is a pre-requisite for FOODSAFE Level 2, as well as the completion of an online review module through OpenSchoolBC within 2 weeks of the start date of the Foodsafe Level 2 course. This review module costs $25 and must be paid for separately. You can complete the module here. This module is not required if you have proof of completing your Foodsafe Level 1 course within 2 weeks of the start date of the Foodsafe Level 2 course.
