This 1-day, in-person Basic First Aid & CPR Level C course (formerly Emergency First Aid) teaches the essential skills to respond to an emergency at work or at home. It meets WorkSafeBC Basic First Aid requirements and is recognized by employers across BC and Canada. Topics include:

  • The Red Cross & preparing to respond
  • Check, Call, Care — the EMS system
  • Airway emergencies & choking
  • Breathing & circulation emergencies
  • Adult, child & infant CPR Level C
