Mike did great interactive demonstrations which definitely helped me learn. I really enjoyed this course and feel secure that I have learned this information in case of future emergencies. Mike was very enthusiastic, which also made this course enjoyable.

Easy to understand and gave great instruction! He also had a great mustache.
