Emergency First Aid for Mountain Bikers

A hands-on first aid course that covers common emergencies & injuries in the mountain biking community, through in-person delivery.

This course includes initial assessment, disease prevention, secondary survey, airway obstruction, and adult CPR (Level A). This course will also cover recognition and first-aid treatment for head and spine injuries, shock, bleeding, seizures and broken bones.
