Forklift/Lift Truck Certification

Forklift/Lift Truck Certification

Safe Operation of a Forklift/Lift Truck Training Program

Forklifts/Lift trucks are integral pieces of equipment used to move and handle material safely and efficiently in many environments. Their widespread use requires that individuals working with and around lift trucks recognize hazards associated with the equipment and the environment in which they are operated.

This comprehensive Canadian forklift course exceeds all CSA/OHS requirements for classroom operator safety training certification in all Canadian provinces and territories. The course covers requirements for lift truck classes 1-6 (sit down, stand up narrow isle, walkie-rider).

Our Safe Operation of a Forklift/Lift Truck Program makes participants aware of their legal responsibilities and provides the required information to achieve the theory portion of becoming a competent operator.

An employer practical evaluation is required to complete the certification process and can be performed by a supervisor or authorized personnel. Employer practical evaluations are fully approved and recommended by OHS and CSA as they give the operator training and testing that is job and industry specific. This certification is transferable across companies and provinces (Note: each company must perform their own employer practical evaluation).
