This fun and interactive basic-level first aid course combines 3-4 hours of online learning with 3.5 hours in-class to train participants how to react and improvise during time-priority, life-threatening emergencies. This course covers initial assessment and response, airway obstruction, adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and recognition and first aid treatment for major bleeding. Participants spend the majority of the in-person portion of the course doing hands-on first aid training.

Participants must successfully complete the online portion prior to attending the in-class portion of the course.
