CPR C certification remains valid for three years from the date of your course. In exceptionally rare instances, an employer may mandate more frequent recertification, even if the three-year certification period has not yet elapsed.

The brief answer is no. If you require CPR certification, only a portion of the course can be completed online. We provide standalone CPR C courses in a 'blended' format, allowing you to finish the 'knowledge CPR lessons' online. This effectively reduces the classroom time for these CPR courses by half. However, certification cannot be granted unless half of the course duration is spent in the classroom. The classroom setting is crucial for an CPR instructor to lead you through practical skills, ensuring your proficiency and eligibility for CPR certification.

Notably, our Worksafe BC Occupational First Aid courses, tailored for workplace first aid, do not include CPR C, as they are specifically focused on adult first aid. Acceptable identification for BC Workplace First Aid includes: Valid Canadian or U.S. Driver's License. Valid Passport. Valid Student ID Card for the current school year.
