A very engaging, fun and relaxing class. The instructor makes the material easy to remember and interesting.

Scenarios were well thought out and realistic. Enjoyed all the variety and encouragement. Mike was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Thank you. Training aids were extensive, demos helpful and info current.

It was indeed a great class. It blew away my expectations. The teacher was incredible and it was worth my weekend.

Best instructor I've had. Makes you feel really comfortable in the room, especially during scenarios. Light humor which makes it fun.

Hi, I took a cpr-c course from instructor Ashley this September.  I am an RN and so have had to take very many first aid courses in the past.  I would like to say that I was shuffled on to your organization because the original course i was going to take was cancelled and they gave me your company name.  When I called I had a good conversation with someone who seemed very on top of things and knew how to give me directions and this person was very practical and seemed to know exactly the kind of cpr-c course I would need.  I had never had this happen before... the the person on the other end of the phone actually sounded excited about first aid and that was a first for me.  The course was easy to find and was exactly where I was told it would be with big signs out front to direct me and that was awesome.  I was not given a hard time for not doing a lot of prereading (I hardly ever do the prereading as I have reading comprehension issues and am more a kinesthetic learner).  We had this instructor named Ashley and as I work in mental health I quietly decided that she must have some low grade adhd diagnosis... I guess you would think that this would be a bad thing... but it was an awesome quality.  She made the course really a lot of fun and it was the very first cpr course where I have not fallen asleep... seriously!  I totally remember how to do cpr now and that is the first time I have taken a course and actually remembered stuff you know.  So thank you.  I will only take cpr courses from your outfit from now on.  I really think you guys got it going on.

Andrew was amazing! He has lots of jokes to keep us engaged, however he stressed the important things. Great instructor!
