Scenarios were well thought out and realistic. Enjoyed all the variety and encouragement. Mike was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Thank you. Training aids were extensive, demos helpful and info current.

Your fun energy made the course enjoyable. Thanks for keeping it up, it was a long day of classes for us so we appreciated it!

It made me feel more confident about the knowledge and skills I was learning to know we were learning more than standard Red Cross training. The info was intuitive and easy to learn. 

Good times had by all. Chris was very good at conveying his knowledge.

Mike did an awesome job at creating scenarios to learn & apply skills in the field. Great clear and concise instruction.

Loved it! Hands on learning was very effective…less ‘teachy’/’textbook’ learning was better for actually retaining skills/info. 

Kendall was VERY nice & super supportive! I would recommend her to anyone.

Once again Gary proved to be an excellent teacher! He is very good at teaching in a way that is understandable and fun. Who could not want to take this course? It was very well done!
