I appreciated the amount of hands-on learning. The instructor was very clear and concise.

Mike was a very good instructor. He displayed enthusiasm which made the course more lively and interesting. He also provided helpful feedback during exercises.

I have done first aid courses a couple of times over the years, and this one was the best! Nice balance between teaching and hands-on scenarios, and an excellent instructor.
