An intermediate Nanaimo workplace first aid course leading to OFA 2 attendant certification.
The Nanaimo WorkSafeBC Occupational First Aid Level 2 course is an intermediate level first aid course designed for urban first aid attendants - typically in larger low-risk workplaces or higher risk workplaces within 20 minutes surface travel to the hospital. WorkSafeBC has authorized Alert First-Aid to teach this workplace first aid program, and successful candidates will leave the course as certified Level 2 First Aid attendants, recognized by WorkSafeBC.
This is a hands-on, learner-centred course with experienced and friendly instrutors. There are no prerequisites, however you should be prepared for an intense course with additional reading outside of scheduled hours.
