First Aid Supplies

Candidates in possession of a current Emergency Medical Assistants (EMA) License may apply for an Occupational First Aid certificate at the appropriate level from an authorized WCB First Aid training agency.

A licensed Emergency Medical Responder or higher level of EMA licensure (EMR through CCP, including Critical Care Paramedic - ACP) may be issued an OFA 3 First Aid certificate. As EMA Paramedic licenses must be maintained annually to remain valid, an OFA First Aid  certificate issued as a result of this EMA CCP to OFA 3 Application is valid for three (3) years from the date of application.

You will be required to complete the application package, as well as present your photo ID and EMA CCP license.

Application for OFA level 3 First Aid equivilancy  can be submited at our Vancouver, Naniamo or  Victoria First Aid Training Center
